White Street Utility Replacement & Street Scape

We were hired by the city of Rock Hill to replace the water, sewer and storm drain under White Street from Dave Lyle Road to Elizabeth Lane. We also installed sidewalks and repaved the street. This job was completed Summer 2019 and lasted 1 year. It was a very challenging job due to all of the unknown utilities and the bad soils.
