CVS Fort Mill

This project was a Commercial development for Mosley Real Estate Advisors out of Charlotte, NC and designed by Hussey Gay Bell & DeYoung, Inc. out of Mt. Pleasant, SC. It consisted of clearing, grading, storm water control, water, sewer, paving & concrete to build infrastructure for the multi parcel commercial sites. One of the parcels on this site included a new CVS. We performed grading, storm water control, water, sewer paving & concrete for this site was well. This job also included some road widening of Springfield Parkway.
