2nd generation owner of the company. Spent the first part of his career in the commercial building side of construction later turned the company into a total siteworks company as it is today.
Wanda Matthews - CFO
Employed: 1982 – Present
Wife to Jimmy and mom to Jay and Chris. Wanda came into the business to help Jimmy run and turn the business into what it is today.
Jay Matthews - Vice President
Employed: 2000 – Present
Jay is the oldest son to Jimmy & Wanda, Husband to Sara and brother to Chris. Jay has spent his career working his way up from a field laborer to now running most of the day to day operations including estimating, billing, purchasing, project management and operations. Jay is also one of the stockholders and will soon be majority owner along with his brother Chris.
Sara Matthews - Office Manager
Employed: 2002 - Present
Sara is the wife of Jay Matthews and has spent most of her career in accounting for our company. She is also our tech guru and runs our office book work along with Wanda.
Chris Matthews -

Chris is the youngest son of Jimmy & Wanda and brother to Jay. He has worked in the field in many rolls throughout his career, including hauling our heavy equipment, looking after our truck drivers and helping to maintain our equipment
Operations Team
John Stack - VP Of Operations
Employed: 1992 - Present
John started his career right out of high school, working his way up to VP of operations. John now runs the entire operation outside of the office, keeping our guys moving in the right direction. John is truly an asset to this company.
Brian McKittrick - Assistant Operations Manager
Employed: 2011 - Present
Brain also started with us right out of High School. Brian has worked his way up to being John’s right hand man, helping with operations and with truck dispatching.
Zach Garret - Jr. Estimater/Project Manger
Employed: 2018 – Present
Zach is a young man that is working his way up in our company. He comes to us with a 2 year degree in Construction management from Wilmington Tech.
