University Center Rock Hill

This is another unique project for us. This site was a staple for the Rock Hill area for many years. It was the site of the Rock Hill Printing & Finishing Co., better known as the “Bleachery” to the locals. This site is now being reformed into a multi-use development which includes office space, student housing, apartments, state of the art basketball arena, multiple parking decks, & many restaurants. This brings new challenges to our team as we perform the grading, water, sewer, storm water control, paving and concrete.
