Moss Justice Center

We were hired by Leitner Construction to perform the clearing, grading, water, sewer, storm water control, paving and concrete for this 2 phase project. Phase 1 included adding additional parking, which included a parking deck. Also we excavated & shored for a underground tunnel for prisoner transport from the holding cells to the court rooms. Phase 2 consisted of expanding the court house building and a parking lot for the Sheriffs department. This project was completed summer of 2002 and was a 3 year project for us.
