Go Store It Fort Mill

We were hired by Robert High Development out of Willington, NC to perform the clearing, grading, water, sewer, storm water control, paving and concrete. This was a challenging site as we had to import an approximately 54,000 YD3 of dirt, build a gabion basket wall on the edge of a swamp, and a stabilized slope. The ground under the walls was not suitable to support the walls so geo piers were installed under a stone footing. The site is now up to grade and the building is under way.
